About

“Zeitgeist”, meaning simply, “spirit of the times”, was the inspiration for our collaborative website. We felt a need for a website that brought unique, talented individuals, like yourself, together; to share ideas, showcase each others work and learn something new each day.

Our website acts as hub to form associations with other creative companies and individuals throughout the world.    This collective is made up of architects, artist, musicians, writers, fashion designers, builders,  and more, each sharing ideas, designs and projects.

In a fast paced global society we foresee a need for advanced concepts while protecting the art of living.  Thus we feel that online collaboration with an international community is key to that success.  We hope you like what you see, and would love some feedback!

Gretchen Jones

Fashion Designer, Collaborator

Designer Gretchen Jones’ rural, western roots bring inspiration from the organic and natural, while her musings linger from the romantic 1970s aesthetic. Based on minimal and conceptual art principles, MothLove is ethereal and sexy in its very simplicity.Bohemian in lifestyle and design, Jones aims to create collections that beg to be worn and fallen in love with…

While noted for its luxurious but minimalist aesthetics, MothLove consciously creates modern and sustainable designs. In addition, nearly all Jones’ fabrics are environmentally conscious. Each collection includes organic cottons, silk, bamboo and soy blends, with low impact & natural dye processes.

Effortlessness is the trademark, purity is the design and conscious is the production- MothLove re-defines.

Rodrigo Pantoja

Architect, Collaborator

Rodrigo was born in Mexico.  Rodrigo was trained as an architect in the USA and Greece. Then, he chose to learn the counterpart of the architect’s education as an intern in Shigeru Ban’s office – Tokyo, Japan.  After his undergraduate education, he worked as an intern architect at Wiel Arets Architect & Associates in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

These experiences helped Rodrigo understand techniques and standards only passed through generations of apprenticeship and “doing”.  Studying, living and working abroad reaffirmed his academic interests and lead him to strive for innovation and experimentation his own practice. Therefore, he has the desire to learn from the world, to improve it and to enjoy it.

Currently, Rodrigo lives in Mexico, where several challenges such as poverty, lack of infrastructure, pollution, limited budgets and conformism.  These are the realities, which are an obvious gap between my foreign experiences and the challenges that he faces as a young architect, college professor and architectural writer

Jaime Martin

Architectural Designer, Collaborator
